Blocking built into the browser.
The StayBlocked browser is a desktop browser built on Chromium, for macOS 12 or later and Windows 10 or 11. Blocking is part of the browser, so there is no extension to disable.
| Free extension | Browser | |
|---|---|---|
| Block sites, schedule | Yes | Yes |
| Turned off in two clicks | Yes | No, nothing to turn off |
| Block desktop apps | No | Yes, including other browsers |
| Lock with no unlock button | No | Yes |
| Price | Free | $99 a year or $199 once |
7-day free trial, 14-day money-back guarantee. Chrome bookmarks, passwords, history and extensions import in one click.
Honest limits: no iPhone, iPad, Android or Linux version. Sites are only blocked inside the browser, so other browsers have to be blocked as apps. A forgotten lock password can be reset with a one-time code from support within 24 hours.
We're renaming this browser. For now it still installs under its former name, Browwwser.
